How to Make a Toddler Eat Vegetables
You will find that every country or community with a high life expectancy rate has developed healthy food habits that include a large variety of vegetables and fruits eaten during meals on a daily basis. While containing little fat or protein, vegetables are a valuable source of nutrients that are good for your skin, hair, gastrointestinal function, and that prevent cardiovascular diseases and even type II diabetes. Vegetables also provide the provitamins and vitamins (A, C, K, B6 etc.) necessary for a balanced lifestyle.
