Obese woman suffocates on food after gastric bypass surgery meant it couldn�t fit into her stomach

Dianne Bernadette Cooper-Clarke, 64, from Barripper in Cornwall, died after food clogged her throat and stopped her from breathing. She had had a gastric bypass like the one pictured.
