What are Residential Note auctions?
Residential notes are documents created for the sale and restructuring of real estate properties. These real estate properties are residential units that can be anything like rental units, condominiums, townhouses and houses. These residential notes are usually backed by distressed real estate or can be unsecured promissory notes that last a fixed maturity period.
